A series of eight

I can’t believe how much my work has changed over the past 7 years. Heck, I can’t even believe I’ve had my business for almost seven years now! Crazy how fast time slips by. I stopped by my brother’s house yesterday and saw a frame I made for him as a gift back in 2008. […]

Jersey LOVE

I’ve kinda been on this reclaimed wood letter tangent lately. I even got myself a cheap little band saw to make cutting out letters a little easier. So far I’ve only done a few letters. Planning to make cardboard templates for the whole alphabet soon. What would you say if you had your choice of […]

GRIND: New Jersey skateboard cutout

Just coming back to life after having the flu for the past 6 days. I consider myself a pretty busy guy. I hate to sit around. So it’s basically been torture this past week. Now that most of my symptoms are gone, I can now get back to my normal activities. I’m thankful that I […]

My next event: Red Dress Reception

Excited that my wife will be joining me at my next event! She makes these awesome crocheted hats for all ages! The best part is I make reclaimed wood buttons for the women’s and girl’s hats! Along with her hats, I’ll have some frames, cork boards, a freshly framed mirror, jersey cutouts, and a few […]

Graveling Point

2014 was a year that I’ll never forget. Here are my top twelve photographs that I made this year. As I look forward I hope to experiment more with film. Follow my work on Flickr.

Number one & two

Starting to make a series of larger reclaimed wood mosaic jersey cutouts. These are 24″ high and will be made from various pieces of wood hanging around in my shop. Figured I’d try messing around with different designs, textures, and colors for the mosaics. Should be fun!

Ramble on, Dad

one through some rough times lately. Staying strong though. On November 16th I lost my dad to the horrible disease we call cancer. He was too young to die, at only 63 years old. There is so much more I wanted to do with and learn from him. My dad, Dr. Stephen F. Wurst, was […]
