Landscape of the day: Tuckahoe Lake sunset
I’m bringing back an old post format where I’ll occasionally post some photos of mine. Given it’s why I started making frames from old wood, I think it’s only fitting to show you what I’m looking to capture with my dSLR.
I love this time of year. Mainly because when I get off of work the sun is setting and I work inside a state managed Wildlife Management Area, so there is lots of beauty to behold. Whether the sky is setting up for an outstanding sunset or not, I figured I’d still go and take a few photos to practice my technique and skills with my camera. Today I went back to the lake in Tuckahoe WMA. It was so calm. No one was around…besides the pheasant that would not move from the roadway…lol. A beautiful sunset in my book!
