This one’s for you, Dad.
When not caring for clients pets at his veterinary business, his children or fishing, my dad was almost always keeping busy in his workshop. He could pretty much fix anything. A true DIY guy. Once thing he really came to love making in his shop was fish. A way to still be on the water even though he psychically was not. What else would a life long boater be doing (besides caring for their boat?). I have to admit, I’m not much of a fisherman. I wish I was. One thing I wish I could change would be to fish more with my dad. Since I can’t really do that, I can carry on his legacy by making more fish art. Maybe it’ll really catch on.
